So far there are pics of backstamps and artists marks.

Please feel free to upload photos of your own Shorter items to the Shorter Gallery. This is a resource for anyone to use and we'd like it to be informative and extensive - so go ahead and upload your stuff!

About this site : Shorter Gallery launch!
Posted by webteam on 2008/1/9 21:03:19 (1380 reads)

The aim of the Shorter Gallery is to enable Simply Shorter website visitors to share photos of their Shorter finds, thus creating what we hope will be a useful pool of information. (Membership is free!)

Some of us have, no doubt, read "The Shorter Connection", by Irene and Gordon Hopwood and appreciate the work they have done to identify so many Shorter pieces and designs. There are, obviously, many items and designs not illustrated within the book and Simply Shorter hopes to facilitate the building of an even larger reference source available to anyone interested in the work of this particular pottery.

Feel free to upload and share photos of your own item, items or collection with other enthusiasts.

Suggestions for specialist albums welcome, please email webteam@simplyshorter.co.uk
